  • Handling time: 3–5 business days before products are shipped.

  • We do our best to ship orders within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders placed after 11 AM on Saturday will usually ship on Monday.

  • Delivery times depend on the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). We cannot guarantee or control delays.

Spook Fun – Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Tracking number required for guaranteed processing.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition.

  • Custom logo products are non-returnable.

  • Refunds exclude shipping costs and will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the item.

  • Any shipping issues (missing or incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
